Marit has 10 years of experience in a Spanish bank and 8 years as head of the service office in the Norwegian urbanisation Alfaz del Sol 1.

Her field of work has been very varied and covers the majority of property sales and purchases.

Marit is in charge of the administrative department, follows up and assists clients in after-sales, case follow-up and client contact.

Marit arrived in Spain over 30 years ago and fell head over heels in love with the country, its culture, history, lifestyle and people. She is passionate about Spanish history and generously shares her knowledge.

Another of her passions is the mountains and nature. As soon as the opportunity arises, she is drawn to the mountains.

Juan has worked as a local police officer in the neighbouring village of La Nucia throughout his adult life..

monitoring subcontractors, and various other services related to the real estate world.

Juan has a passionate commitment to the local community and a passionate relationship with football, something that 90% of Spaniards share. As a coach, he has inspired young and old alike, participating with a Spanish team in the Norwegian Cup on several occasions.

Erik was born and raised in Spain, but has also lived in Norway and
USA. After finishing university in the United States, where
obtained a degree in International Business, he did his military service
in Norway.

Erik, principal real estate agent, leads the commercial operations with a combination of experience, commitment and personal attention. He accompanies clients throughout the entire buying or selling process.

He is also responsible for marketing, designing and executing creative promotional strategies to give maximum visibility to each property, using everything from digital campaigns to social media and professional visual material.

He has extensive experience and has worked as a receptionist in a
hotel, in a campsite, as a waiter and as a football coach.

In his spare time, he prioritises sports such as football, paddle tennis and strength training. He also loves to travel. Erik is thoughtful, patient, outgoing and easy to get along with. He speaks Spanish, Norwegian and English fluently.

François was born in France and came to Spain at the age of 5.

He is fluent in French, Spanish and English.

François is also part of the team as a real estate agent. He is actively involved in customer service, property viewings and closing deals. His practical and direct approach contributes to the smooth running of the team and to providing a reliable service. François has experience in the hotel sector. He is used to working with people and has a charming personality. He is a calm and pleasant person, a good listener, and is also good at providing useful information and helping others.

In his free time, he prioritizes sports and outdoor excursions.

Natasja was born in Spain and speaks Spanish, Valencian, English and Dutch.

She studied for 4 years at the University of Education in Granada. She has experience in the education sector.

Marina was born in Spain and trained in law at the University of Alicante with a clear vocation to help others resolve complex administrative situations.

She chose this career as a means to make a positive impact on people’s lives, and that motivation was cemented when she started her career at Dinhjelper.

Sara is a property consultant with over six years’ experience, specialising in buying and selling properties, with in-depth knowledge of the local market and real opportunities in the area.

His professional career in Human Resources has given him a strong people focus, excellent communication skills and solid negotiating abilities. This allows him to offer close, strategic support tailored to each client’s needs.

Their approach is based on trust, transparency and results, always defending the interests of owners and buyers and taking care of every detail of the process to ensure secure, smooth and successful transactions.

Danitia was born in the Netherlands and has been living in Spain since she was seven years old. She has mastered the bridge between both cultures, allowing her to offer personalised advice without language barriers.

She is fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish and Catalan. She has solid experience in operations management and administrative management. She is decisive, detail-oriented and highly proactive. Her past as the founder of various projects has given her strategic vision and leadership skills that she now applies to providing high-quality service.

When she’s not closing deals, you can often find her on the paddle tennis court, experimenting in the kitchen, or seeking tranquility by the sea.
